Eyelash Extensions are cosmetic enhancements that affix synthetic or natural fibers to the real lashes in order to create an enhanced, more dramatic look. They are available in various lengths, thicknesses, and curvature.

Depending on the service you select, you will be sitting in a massage bed; you should not experience any pain or discomfort.
Gel pads will be applied to the bottom lashes so that they can be held down and an eye pad is also mini ocular therapy, as it provides hydration and soothing of skin.
When your eyes are closed, a lash artist will begin to apply individual extensions of natural lashes using an adhesive and most clients find these procedures so relaxing they fall asleep.

We recommend that you do not wear makeup to your appointment as the gel pads will not stick to your under eyes and can interfere with the application of the lash extensions.
Please try to remove any makeup you have on before attending your appointment.

Lash extensions can last anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on the individual’s natural lashes and whether or not they are following aftercare instructions.
Hence we recommend clients book an appointment for a refill every 2-3 weeks.

The answer is NO!
When applied correctly by a trained professional eyelash extensions should not cause any damage to the natural lashes they should not cause damage.
Rest assured all of our lash artists have been trained on how to properly apply lash extensions for all types of lashes using our high-quality products.

There are very rare cases that which the lash glue or remover can cause an allergic reaction.
We recommend all clients who are new to lash extensions receive a patch test 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to ensure that there is no reaction to our glue.

We highly recommend that you DO NOT wear contacts during your lash appointment for general precautions. However, you can wear contacts after he extensions have been applied.

Lash extensions can be removed by a trained professional using a lash de bonder.

Eyelash extensions can be applied whilst pregnant but we do advise that some people may experience adverse reactions due to increased sensitivity during pregnancy.
BEFORE & AFTER CARE

BE ON TIME
Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure all the correct paperwork has been filled.
NO MAKEUP
Make sure you have no makeup on or if you do use a waterbased makeup remover to remove any makeup as remove any makeup with water-based cleanser as products containing oils can affect the application process
NO CAFFEINE
Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment as this can cause your eyelashes to twitch or flutter.
REMOVE CONTACT LENSES
DO NOT PERM NATURAL LASHES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
PREPARE SOME INSPO
Come to your appointment with some photos of a look you would want to achieve at your appointment.

DO NOT
Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. This includes streaming, swimming, saunas, and facials.
Do not rub your eyes
Do not pick or pull on your lashes this can cause damage to your natural lashes
Do not use an eyelash curler
Avoid using products containing oil as this can affect how long the extensions last
Do not use any mascara on your extensions.
DO’S
Clean lashes every 1-2 days with a lash cleanser kit
Brush lashes at least 3 times a day
Schedule a refill every 2-3 weeks
Sleep on your back or on your side with the lashes of the pillow.
