REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

We provide full refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you want to return an item please ensure the following:

  • items purchased during a promotional period or sale will be ineligable for return

  • customers must process returns within 14 days of receiving the items

  • items must be in original packaging, new and unused. This will be assessed upon returning the item/s.

You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or longer depending on your bank.
